Purchase of the product

The Owner reserves the right at any time and unilaterally to change the price of the products and services offered through its web page. The Owner in any case guarantees to the customer that the price indicated at the time of confirmation of the order will not be subject to subsequent changes. To proceed with an order, it is necessary to connect to the Site, select your product and then fill in the electronic form, following the instructions.

Shipping the product

Once the purchase is complete, the User will automatically access a confirmation page and receive an email containing all the specifications of the purchased product with the relative order number. The products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the User in the delivery data form. The shipping costs will be specified and legible. The User acknowledges and agrees that by finalising the purchase, they give their consent expressly in order for the Data Controller to provide their data to the company responsible for delivering the purchased product. Products are generally shipped within 5 working days from the completion of the order. In any case, the Owner agrees to deliver the goods to the User without delay and at the latest within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract as provided for in Article 61 of the Consumer Code.

Payment and Proof of Purchase

The form of payment is by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. In the event that the TPV notes the refusal of the card, the purchase order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer of the aforementioned cancellation. Likewise, in case of non-receipt of the bank transfer at a distance of 5 working days from the registration of the order, the purchase order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer of the aforementioned cancellation. For payments made with foreign cards, it is necessary that the issuing Bank respects the Security Protocol of Safe Electronic Commerce (CES). Payments with cards that do not have this requirement are not allowed. The communication that the User will receive by e-mail once the purchase is confirmed is valid as proof of purchase and for the purposes of the manufacturer's warranty. Nevertheless, an invoice may be requested, during and no later than, the purchase procedure indicating the data that will be required for the issuance of the invoice. The User acknowledges and expressly accepts that once the purchase process has been completed, it will not be possible to request an invoice.

Withdrawal policy, reimbursement and availability of products

Pursuant to and for the effects of art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the time of delivery of the goods, under penalty of forfeiture. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from day 1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of their decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the User to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has ended. If the User withdraws from this agreement, the Owner will refund the User any payments it has made towards the Owner, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from eventual choice a type of delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery provided by owner), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Owner has been informed of the User’s decision to terminate this contract. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Owner guarantees that you will not incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the User demonstrates that they have sent back the goods, if earlier. If the User withdraws from this contract, they required to return the goods to the Owner, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which they informed the Owner of their decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the User sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The User shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that the integrity of the item to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The User, in any case, is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In no case may custom-made and clearly personalised goods be subject to the right of withdrawal.

Online dispute resolution for consumers

Consumers residing in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides a means of alternative dispute resolution. This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve any disputes relating to non-judicial and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online. Consequently, if the User is a European citizen, they can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated with the Owner. The Owner is available to reply to each question received by email to the email address published in this document.
